Jesse & Sophie Bentley met and married in Atlanta, Georgia. Jesse is originally from Pennsylvania, and Sophie from Belgium. They are both graduates of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where Sophie graduated with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, and Jesse with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. They have experience in campus ministry and in business, as well as graduate studies at Emmanuel School of Religion in Johnson City, Tennessee. They are passionate about drawing university students into a strong community and a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. The Bentleys have committed four years to Globalscope Spain and moved to Salamanca at the end of September 2004. They have two children, Juliette age 3, and Liam age 1.
